I was trying so hard to keep up my positive workout progress for the Get Up and Go campaign, but this week I’ve definitely fell behind. I had such a busy and stressful week thus far and I just haven’t been able to find the energy thus far to actually get out and go. It’s definitely put me in a bummed out mood, feeling like I should have figured out a way. To stop this pity party, I created a little plan to encourage myself to get to running in the future with some fun little rewards. A delicious smoothie from my favorite juice shop, that cute handmade item I’ve been coveting on Etsy, buying a new song to add to my workout playlist. Everytime I successfully manage to Get Up and Go, I’m going to cheer myself on with a little reward until I can get back to my positive everyday progress. Sometimes, all you need is a little jumpstart.
