Ingredients:
1 Banana (Fresh or Frozen)
1/8 Cup of Basil
1 cup Blueberries
1 and 1/2 cups of Almond Milk
Recipe:
Put all of your ingredients in a blender, ensuring that the Almond milk is just covering the dry ingredients.
Blend until creamy. Enjoy!
note: I added a couple tablespoons of chia seeds in mine for added nutrients!
